A Christmas Day fire in Co Antrim is being investigated by police.
Two men are understood to have escaped the blaze at a flat on Charles Street, Ballymoney by jumping through an upstairs window.
Emergency services rallied to the scene following a report of the incident at 9.25pm.
A PSNI spokesperson said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident, in which two men who were in the property at the time managed to get themselves out and to safety through an upstairs window.
Inspector Stephen McCafferty said: "Thankfully, no injuries have been reported in what was a terrifying ordeal for the occupants.
"The cause of the fire remains under investigation and we would appeal to anyone with information about what happened to call us on 101, quoting reference number 1325 of 25/12/20."

It is understood up to 20 firefighters from Kilrea, Coleraine, and Ballymoney stations fought the blaze.
Witnesses reported one person being checked over by Ambulance Service paramedics.
Councillor Philip Anderson paid tribute to the emergency services on duty across the borough at Christmas.
He said on Friday: "Today might be Christmas Day but for many emergency service personnel, it's just another day out there protecting our communities.
"I thank them for their service and thank all those supporting them, I also thank their families."
Diversions were in place throughout the town while the incident was ongoing.
