Christmas Day 2020 survey: Tell us how you will be spending the festive period

Christmas is set to look different this year as Scotland prepares to tone down celebrations amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Nicola Sturgeon urged Scots to reduce their Christmas bubbles from three to two households following crisis talks with UK leaders.

The First Minister said the safest way to spend Christmas was to stay within your own household and your own home.

It comes as the nationwide ' Christmas bubble' plans were thrown into disarray this week following a surge in infections and a new strain of the deadly bug moving north of the border.

UK leaders were under pressure from health experts to change the rules on December 23 to 27 in a bid to not overwhelm the NHS.

So, what are your plans on Christmas Day? Are you spending the festivities with anyone outside your household or will you stay at home?

What will you be doing differently come December 25?

The Daily Record is asking readers to share how their Christmas Day will look amid lockdown restrictions.
