Christmas at Dunham Massey is back and tickets are on sale now

It might still be summer time but tickets to one of the area's most popular Christmas events have already gone on sale.

Christmas at Dunham Massey has been a sell-out event for the last three years and with outdoor events proving even more popular amid the pandemic, this year's look set to follow suit.

The after-dark event brings the venue to life as visitors following a lights trail through the park.

From twinkling tunnels to giant sparkling reindeer, there's colour wherever you turn.

You can stroll beside colour-changing lakeside reflections and under trees dripping with silvery shards of light, baubles and stars. Huge snowflakes create an aerial kaleidoscope over the gardens and for little ones, Father Christmas makes an appearance along the route too.

This year, favourites including the tunnel of light return with twinkling splendour and there'll be some brand new installations to enjoy.

Tickets for the event, which runs from November 20 to December 30, are already being snapped up after going on sale today, Monday, July 13.

They cost £20 for adults, £13 for children aged three to 16, or £60 for a family of two adults and two children. Under twos and carers go free but still require tickets.
