Carlsberg has decided to deliver some extra Christmas spirit this year by offering free pints.
The popular beer brewer is teaming up with a host of famous Irish faces as part of this new campaign to support local pubs and restaurants.
Bar and restaurant-goers can enjoy a free pint of Carlsberg with food while getting together responsibly this December.
Colum Campbell, Carlsberg Marketing Manager at Diageo Ireland commented: “We know Christmas is going to feel and look different this year.
"The idea behind Christmas Cheers is to give people something to smile about while providing much-needed support to the hospitality sector as some welcome people back safely and responsibly.
"So hopefully the simple pleasure of a laugh and a free pint makes a little difference for those that are meeting up safely in bars and restaurants over the Christmas period.”
Shane Todd and Killian Sundermann, among others, have joined forces with Carlsberg to create a Christmas social media content series raising a smile, a glass and a farewell to 2020.
