Christine Quinn admits she loves being 'the villain' on Selling Sunset

Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn has admitted she loves being the 'villain' on the popular Netflix show.

Christine is known for her out-of-this-world designer outfits and getting into disagreements with her co-stars.

The reality star made an appearance at the 2021 People's Choice Awards where she was asked what she thought about being the 'drama' in the show.

Host Laverne Cox asked: "Do you like being the centre of all the drama? Part of me thinks you do.

"Everybody's talking about you, you're the centre of it all. Do you kind of feed off of it? Do you live for it?"

Christine quoted a popular TikTok sound and replied: "Do I think I'm the drama? No, I don't think I'm the drama. Maybe I'm the drama."

The quote was originally said by Scarlet Envy on RuPaul's Drag Race.

The realtor added: "Yeah, I live for it. I love being the villain and I wouldn't have it any other way."

Laverne also asked the 33-year-old: "Does your back hurt from carrying the [whole] season of the show?"

Referring to what happened in the latest season, she added: "The girls could not get enough of talking about you."

Christine quipped back: "Honestly, it was Mariah Carey obsessed.

"If you have a good chiropractor recommendation, please let me know because it was exhausting even for me."

Season four of the Netflix series was released for our viewing pleasure on November 24.

There were two newcomers this season, actress and new realtor Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan.

The two joined Jason Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Heather Rae Young, Mary Fitzgerald, and Amanza Smith in the office.

Jason's brother Brett and Davina Potratz appeared in the new season, despite their departures from The Oppenheim Group.

A lot of the drama was between Christine and Chrishell.

Chrishell previously opened up about it in a recent interview with Vulture, explaining: "I'd rather just be honest and tell you: She tried to plant a false story when I was going through my divorce and I had to have both sides confirm that it wasn't true and then threaten legal action."

She split from This Is Us actor Justin Hartley in 2019 and Christine allegedly tried to plant the rumours about her relationship “right after my mom died [in July 2020].”
