Christine McGuinness wows fans with amazing lockdown fitness routines

Christine McGuinness has been keeping her fans motivated during lockdown by sharing her fitness routine.

The model and fitness fanatic, who is married to Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness, is using her their garden and steps as a gym during the lockdown over coronavirus.

Christine, who recently celebrated her 32nd birthday at home while social distancing, has been filming her workouts to inspire her Instagram followers.

She's been running around outdoors performing various exercises including jump squats, duck walks and running on the spot.

One energising routine shared by mum-of-three Christine, a guest star on the ITVBe reality show The Real Housewives of Cheshire, included 10 squats, 10 wide squats, 10 squat jumps and 10 second squat holds.

Writing about one high energy routine climbing the steps in her garden, Christine said: "Taking each day step by step.

"Just like many of you I am missing my freedom! "Yesterday I really struggled, mainly seeing how this lockdown is affecting my children.

"I managed to get 30 minutes in the garden and felt loads better afterwards."

Christine has also been performing comical dance routines on TikTok with Paddy 'killing time in lockdown.'

And she invested in a spin bike.

"Squeezing in a little cycle at breakfast! Like many others I don’t have a gym at home, or toilet roll but I did get this little delivery," she explained.

"Helping me to stay active, squeezing in a little spin whenever I can!"
