Christine McGuinness was 'weak and broken' before 'glow up'

Christine McGuinness has admitted she felt "weak and broken" three years ago, but has now had a "glow up".

Former Miss Liverpool Christine shared a video of herself looking thin and tired to mark International Women's Day today.

The video then changed into Christine at the gym working up a sweat in bright clothing.

Mum-of-three Christine shared a lengthy caption and said that women should remember to celebrate themselves.

Christine, 32, said: "Remember to celebrate yourself this #InternationalWomensDay

"WATCH TO THE END TO SEE MY 3 YEAR GLOW UP.

"The first video I felt weak and broken (bad times)

"But it’s ok, I picked myself up good, fast forward 3 years, I feel strong and built and I’m not finished yet."

Christine told her fans to "shine bright" and offered them a message of support.

She added: "Shine bright queens.

"However you feel comfortable in your own skin ladies I praise you because each and everybody is normal, different and beautiful.

"We all have our own battles and our own stories (I’ve got a library full) but let’s continue to praise each other and support one another and be sure to love and praise yourself too #iwd2021 "

And Christine's followers were quick to offer their support and say how much she inspired them.
