Christine McGuinness has admitted she will need help to look after her children in the future, despite the thought "scaring" her.
Christine, 33, is mum to eight-year-old twins Leo and Penelope and daughter Felicity, five.
All of the children have autism and Christine and her Top Gear host husband Paddy have been very vocal in raising awareness for the condition following the children's diagnosis.

Real Housewives of Cheshire star Christine appeared on This Morning today to talk about a new ITV documentary she is fronting about hidden disabilities and how the family coped with the condition.
Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were full of praise for Christine's parenting abilities and Eamonn asked how she did it and why she didn't get help in.
Christine said: "I always wanted to be a mum, my mum was a single mum with three of us and I thought if she can do it I can.
"I just wanted to be a mum that's all I ever wanted and I am a mum.
"We will get to the point one day where we're going to have to get help, especially as I start to work more.
"But it scares me the thought of someone else looking after my children."
And Eamonn said: "It would probably scare them too."
Christine said she and Paddy did think there could be a genetic link with the children's autism and that it was something they were exploring in another documentary with the BBC.
Ruth asked how the children were getting on and Christine said: "They're doing amazing, I'm so proud of them, they've been through it the past year, but after missing almost a year of school they've just got Grade A's."
Christine said the children weren't aware they were autistic and didn't feel "any different"
She said: "I don't want it to be a bombshell moment, they should be accepted for who they are."
