The McGuinness' achieved a huge milestone today as she showed offer a stunning tree adorned in light blue and silver.
Christine was gushing as she revealed on Instagram how Felicity, Leo and Penelope overcame feelings of anxiety to happily decorate the tree.
She said: "There is nowhere else I’d rather be. Patience = progress.
"We have had a bare tree for over 1 week and now the children are ready to add decorations, they all seem so happy with it.
Christine continued: "Christmas can get quite overwhelming for our children, and too many changes at home can be upsetting for them.
"Decorations, lights, music and all the talking about Santa and presents can become a big mixture of feeling overstimulated, excited, anxious and it can be hard to get the right balance for our family to enjoy Christmas time.
⠀
"It may not seem like a big deal for most, but for us, the children happily decorating the tree is progress!
⠀
"I couldn’t be any prouder."
