She featured in the Chester Model Girl competition in 2005, she was crowned Miss Commonwealth in 2007 and she won the Miss Liverpool title of 2007, when she was in her late teens.

Back then, instead of the blonde locks she's known for, Christine, who is from Halewood, Merseyside, had natural brunette hair.

Then Christine Martin, she was a regular on the Liverpool modelling circuit, appearing at events alongside Peter Crouch's wife Abbey Clancy, who was a runner-up on Britain's Next Top Model in 2006.

It was at a fashion show for Liverpool's famous boutique Cricket, at the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament, that Christine met her future husband Paddy, who shot to fame on Phoenix Nights.

Paddy popped the question on Christmas Day 2009 and they married at Thornton Manor, on the Wirral, in June 2011.

In 2013 the couple welcomed their twins Leo and Penelope into the world after three years of trying to conceive.

And in 2016 Christine announced she was pregnant again with daughter Felicity.

In 2019, Christine, 33, and Paddy, 47, enjoyed their first family holiday with their children, flying from Manchester Airport to Southampton to enjoy a trip to Peppa Pig World.

The siblings all have autism and Christine recently shared her joy as four-year-old Felicity went for a taster day to help with her transition from nursery before starting school properly in September.

The couple previously feared they wouldn't find a school suitable for their children because of their developmental disorder.

"It’s so important for her to try and get familiar with her school, her teacher and other children before she goes full time, this will help to make her transition from nursery much smoother," Christine, 33, wrote on her Instagram.

Earlier this year Paddy raised laughs when he revealed the comical greeting he and Christine have for each other.

He shared a hilarious video on his Instagram showing the couple greeting each other with a rude gesture as they pulled up next to each other in their cars.

In the video Paddy smiled in greeting and as Christine stopped alongside him the pair exchanged the middle finger while laughing at their in-joke.

Christine wrote: "#14years #3kids #lifesentence Still laughing."

And she said: "We smiled and spoke for 10 seconds - that's going strong after 14 years."

Last year Christine was full of praise for her hubby as she spoke out on the chat show Loose Women.

Asked about staying at home with Paddy she said sharing things '50/50' around the house had stopped their bickering.

"If you'd have said this to me months ago I'd have gone 'absolutely not, you cannot put me in lockdown with him'," she said.

"I would have thought we'd have hated it but we're getting on so well.

"And I think its because this is the first time in our lives we are doing everything 50/50.

"The things we used to bicker about was mainly how much he was away from home or if I wanted to work and I couldn't because he was away.

"It was little things whereas now we're both stay at home parents.

"We're both doing the same amount of cooking, cleaning, childcare, bedtime so there's nothing really to argue about."

Last year Christine announced that she was quitting Real Housewives after joining series seven of the ITVBe reality show as a guest star in 2018.

She explained on her Instagram: "This is 100 per cent my choice.

"I will miss filming with the girlies but I’m so excited about new adventures and I just couldn’t commit to another series.⠀

In March, Christine credited the gym for helping her as she talked openly about how she'd built herself up after feeling 'weak and broken.'

The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star spoke out on her Instagram about her three year body transformation after 'bad times.'

She reassured fans "I picked myself up good" as she shared videos of herself working out.

She said: "Watch to the end to see my three year glow up.

"The first video I felt weak and broken (bad times).

"But it’s ok, I picked myself up good, fast forward 3 years, I feel strong and built (peach emoji) and I’m not finished yet."

She continued with a quote: "Once you’ve rebuilt yourself, it’s a lot harder for someone to break you down."
