Christine McGuinness wowed fans by pulling off an impressive headstand wearing just a nude backless swimsuit during lockdown.
The 32-year-old television star, who is currently isolating with her husband Paddy McGuinness and three kids, said she had been missing her yoga and found the lockdown 'tough' during the last few days.
In the amazing clip, the mum of three flipped her hair over and revealed a backless swimsuit as she geared up to her headstand.
She then very slowly leaned forward and raised her legs right above her head in the impressive yoga move.
Alongside the steamy clip, the Real House Wives Of Cheshire star joked she was introducing social distancing in her home.
"I’m introducing social distancing into my house. Everyone needs to stay 2 meters away from each other," she began.
"I have found the last couple of days tough, I’m feeling better now but I think like most people its got to me. I’m missing my mum, the gym, yoga, being with friends.. These where all my therapy, my little escapes.
"I’m really craving some freedom which I feel is perfectly natural and ok right now."
Although the pressure of the lockdown has taken its toll, the telly star also spoke of how grateful she is for her situation.
She added: "I keep reminding myself that I'm lucky to be able to work safely from home and once the children go back to school I will give myself a little hr to exercise, practice yoga and maybe even sleep.
"I'm excited about that! We are the lucky one home, safe and well."
Sharing the clip with her 426,000 Instagram followers, Christine was inundated with messages from well wishers after opening up in the candid post.
"Keep your chin up you gorgeous girl," wrote one fan.
Another added: "Keep ur head up we will all get there in the end and things will be better for us all."
"We need to take it day by day your doing great and keeping me motivated. we've got this!!Xx," added a third.
Although the proud mum has been filling her social media with plenty of enthusiastic dance routines and positive messages, she has also spoken about facing a difficult lockdown and worried for her children because they are autistic.
Christine has received plenty of support from other mums over her lockdown concerns.
