Christine McGuinness says she was left intimidated after a man told her that her she shouldn't be parking in a disabled spot.
The 33-year-old said that she was told her children weren't disabled by the man during the interaction.
Christine and her husband Paddy welcomed twins Leo and Penelope into the world in 2013.

In July 2017, Christine and Paddy revealed that Leo and Penelope have autism and in 2020 the couple announced that Felicity also has the condition.
Paddy and Christine are very vocal about how the condition has shaped their family.
And on ITV's Tonight Show, Christine discussed the realities of dealing with hidden disabilities.
Christine explained how her son Leo can become distressed in certain situations.
She said: "His meltdowns can be physical, he can stop and freeze and refuse to move.
"His anxiety does grow when we're looking for car parking spaces."
Christine, therefore, opted to get a blue badge, a scheme that helps you park closer to your destination if you’re disabled.
While the Halewood model said she sometimes notices people whispering snide comments or making a face when she parks in a disabled spot, Christine said she was left feeling 'intimidated' during one encounter.
Christine revealed that she was confronted by a man, who said she nor her children were disabled and asked her why she was parked in a blue badge space.
She is now calling for people to be kind and recognise that some disabilities may not noticeable.
Christine said: "If there's a blue badge in the window, just believe they are entitled to park there."
