Christine McGuinness has admitted she feels "mum guilt" after struggling to find things to do with her children in lockdown.
Christine, 32, has three children who all have autism, twins Leo and Penelope and daughter Felicity.
The former Miss Liverpool is very open about her children's condition and has often shared the family's highs and lows.
Today Christine, who is married to Top Gear star Paddy, shared a photo of her children enjoying a ride at a fairground and revealed how much she was struggling in lockdown.
Christine admitted she was worried her children would potentially have problems as they tried to adjust to life after coronavirus.
She shared a lengthy caption alongside the photo and said: "We will get these weekends back babies!
"I feel for our kiddies right now, we are so limited for places to go and things to do with them. I’ve spent years encouraging my children to be brave, try new places, socialise and now I’m telling them to do the opposite.
"To be honest they are used to staying in now and they’re definitely little home birds very comfortable and happy at home.
"I suppose I’m just feeling a bit of mum guilt, like I’m not doing enough.
"I can’t wait to have our fun weekends back, although I will have to build up their confidence again it will be worth it.
"Sending lots of love to anyone stuck in with little ones right now. This will be over soon."
And her fans were quick to sympathise with Christine and shared their own struggles.

We all have a bit if mum guilt but we need to give ourselves a break, we are doing the best we can, and keeping our babies and loved ones safe x"
