Paddy McGuinness' wife Christine has shared her secret to happiness.
The 32-year-old model has been sending cheeky messages to her pals throughout the lockdown and she admitted "an orgasm a day" has been keeping her fulfilled.
The doting mother-of-three posted a screenshot of her WhatsApp messages on Instagram, where she made the raunchy revelation.
"My WhatsApps right now.. Can you guess what we're talking about?" she wrote on her Instagram Story.
The messages from her chat start with Christine saying to her pal: "I've got a suitcase with a lock on it! Big kisses."
Her friend replied: "I've actually got a chest full in lockdown."
The blonde beauty added: "I fully believe an orgasm a day keeps depression away."
She jokingly concluded: "My mantra. Try it."
Christine has always been open about her sex life with Take Me Out host Paddy.
Last year, she revealed a naughty confession on The Real Housewives Of Cheshire admitting she and her hubby of 10 years have made their own sex tape but never watched it back.
The glamorous mum recently revealed she often gets dolled up during the lockdown in a bid to make herself feel better.
"Getting glam is my favourite way of making myself feel sexy during lockdown!" she previously told her fans.
She then explained about her incredible physique: "I had my boobs done after I had kiddies, they were big anyway I only went one size up .. Everything else is hard work, commitment, lots of sweat, early mornings and late nights!
"I've been 6 stone heavier, lost it all then 4 stone heavier and now almost lost it all but my goal is good health, no particular size or weight."
