Christine McGuinness bounces back after sobbing in emotional post about 'b***** hard morning'

Christine McGuinness has had a rollercoaster 24 hours after sharing her parenting struggles with Instagram fans.

The wife of TV presenter Paddy uploaded an emotional post yesterday where she was seen sobbing in her car while having a "b****y hard" morning with her children.

But she bounced back a few hours later when she updated followers by sharing a snap with of her holding a cup of tea while she posed with her famous ex.

The mum spoke candidly earlier in the day about the struggles she faces raising three autistic youngsters.

Wiping away tears, the 31-year-old said: 'Hello I don't want to bring anyone's mood down, but I just want to show the reality of being a mum of autistic children.

'Sometimes it's not fun, today was just a really bad morning, I know it will be fine later but this is what you don't see.

"I am fine and I'm upset for my children, this was just a bad morning, and I'll have a good day, it's just sometimes it's not always fun."

Christine, a former Miss Liverpool, raises daughter Felicity Rose and twins Penelope and Leo with her comedian other half.

In her Instagram update last night, the Real Housewives of Cheshire star said she was feeling alot better and thanked her fans, adding: "Sometimes my heart breaks a little bit for my babies but they mend it very quickly!"

But the former model spoke earlier about how she was keen to be honest with her 338,000 followers about the challenges of everyday family life, which are not always "fine and lovely".

She added: "I don't want to bring anyone down I just think it's important to show it's not always fine and lovely and they're all doing great and they are, they're all doing brilliant, but it's hard, but it's b****y hard."

And she thanked fans for their support, adding:"I know I'm going to get lots of love in my DM's and this is why I do this, because I've got no one else to talk to."

This is not the first time Christine has spoken publicly about the struggles of having children with the development disability.

Speaking last month, she admitted her heart broke for all of her children and told how the condition took its toll on her and Paddy, and how they felt like "full-time carers".

She told OK Magazine: "I'm the worst when it comes to telling people I'm strugglng. I will never say if I’ve had a bad day and, to be honest, there’s no one I feel I can speak to."

But Christine was feeling better by evening after enjoying a blow dry and lunch out with her Take Me Out star husband.

And she kept social media users updated as headed out for a gig in Manchester.
