Christine McGuinness 'anxious' as she sends her 'superstar' kids back to school

Christine McGuinness has revealed that her kids have gone back to school - having recently spoken about how their progress has taken a knock during the lockdown.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star said she was experiencing as 'mixture of emotions' about the day.

Christine and husband Paddy McGuinness are parents to twins Leo and Penelope and youngest daughter Felicity.

The couple found out earlier this year that three-year-old Felicty has autism, like her older siblings.

Christine, 32, recently opened up about the children's lives in lockdown. She said it felt like they had taken step back - as they struggle with changes to their routine.

She said the children's speech and eye contact had suffered.

Now Christine says her 'little superstars' are returning to some semblance of normality.

Writing on Instagram, she said: "Mums famous quote 'I'm fine'.

"But ultimately... I'm a very proud mummy! My little trio have been total superstars."

Christine has spoken about her lockdown experiences a number of times - she said it has made her closer to husband Paddy.

She said that she and the Top Gear host, 46, have been sharing things '50/50' around the house has stopped their bickering.
