Christine McGuinness said lockdown has proved to be "the most testing time" for her family.
She has been isolating with her husband Paddy and their three children - twins Leo and Penelope, both seven, and Felicity, three.
The model, 32, has had her hands full with three children during the lockdown period.
All three of her children have autism and she said the quarantine has caused their speech to suffer as well as their engagement with any kind of activity.
Emotional Christine lifted the lid on the devastating effects the "testing time" has had on her family.
She said: “It’s been a really testing time, probably the most testing time we have ever been through as a family.
“It’s quite common with autism for them to show regression when things change and they are going through a lot of change at the minute.
“Their speech has suffered, it’s not as good as it was. The eye contact, trying to get their engagement in any kind of activity has been more difficult.”
Christine has returned to her modelling day job after months off during the quarantine period.
However, the blonde bombshell kept up with her workouts during the lockdown and shared them with her social media platform.
The mother-of-three has built up an empire of 462k fans.
As lockdown has begun to ease, Paddy has returned to work filming Top Gear.
