The couple - who recently welcomed their second child together - appeared relaxed as they sat down for a spot of al fresco dining at Blue Burd Cafe in London's Chelsea.
Loose Women star Christine radiated natural beauty in a white blouse and covered her eyes with a pair of stylish sunglasses.
The TV favourite continued her chic display by wearing her raven locks down in loose waves.
Smitten Frank appeared to hang on his wife's every word as they chatted across the table whilst sipping on ice-cold beverages.
The former football manager cut a suave figure in a navy blue polo shirt team with jeans.
Christine and Frank share two-year-old daughter Patricia and are now proud parents to little boy Freddie - who arrived in March.
The picture-perfect couple shared the news that their son was born via Christine's Instagram page.
Alongside a snap of the Norther Irish native holding the tot, she penned: “Let us introduce you to our newest addition. ..Frederick (Freddie) George Lampard! We are completely in love."
Frederick is also the name of Christine's dad.
Christine happily announced the news of her pregnancy in January by sharing a post online.
She wrote on social media: "A new year and a new baby on the way for the Lampards!
"It's been a strange and worrying time to be pregnant but we’re hoping and praying that cuddles from family and friends are not too far off. Sending all my love to everyone going through a pregnancy during this crazy time."
Sporting star Frank also has teenage daughters Luna, 14, and Isla, 13, from a previous relationship.
According to a close friend, Frank and Christine - who tied the knot in 2015 - now feel like their family is complete.
The pal told OK! magazine that they feel "blessed and complete" since Freddie was born.
"I'm so thrilled for them both. They are the most lovely couple," the insider gushed.
