Christine and Paddy McGuinness said they were 'gutted' to be missing out on this year's National Television Awards.
The National Television Awards attracts celebrities and soap stars every January as they hope to win he coveted award.
Fronted by David Walliams, stars of the small screen make the trip to the O2 in London, strutting their stuff on the red carpet before taking their seats at the ceremony.
But one couple that won't be attending this year is Christine and Paddy.
Last year, Christine ensured she pulled out all the stops in a sequinned green gown complete with a deep neckline and thigh-high slit.
Paddy also looked smart in a three-piece suit and patent shoes.
However, Christine announced on Instagram earlier today that neither she nor her husband will be attending tonight's event.
Posting pictures and video of herself last year, she captioned the post: "Last years #NTAs. Gutted we can’t make it this year, it’s always a great night!
"Sending lots of good luck to all the nominees @officialntas."
