Christian Pulisic suffers a bruised behind as Instagram video goes all to pot

Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic suffered a bruised ego and a bumped backside after he fell over performing football tricks in his garden.

Premier League stars have taken to their social media accounts as they spend the foreseeable future in isolation.

Many have been posting clever skills and tricks from their bedrooms, living rooms and gardens as they look to brighten up a difficult time.

Pulisic was tempted to try his hand - or foot - and impress fans, but things didn't quite go to plan for the Chelsea and USA man.

In the video posted on his Instagram account, Pulisic stepped into his back garden.

Wearing a t-shirt and shorts as the weather gets warmer, he starts to perform some keepy-ups and 'around the world' tricks.

Things are going well as he completes a few before heading and turning off the camera. That is, until he goes back for another attempt.

This time Pulisic performs an around the world, followed by a few keepy-ups, before he attempts a further around the world flick - this is when it all falls apart.

This time, Pulisic gets the ball stuck under his foot as he lands and he goes flying, ending up on the turf on his rear.

To his credit, he laughs and appears to quickly get over the embarrassment before uploading to his social media accounts.

Footballers from around the world have been posting from their social media as they look to maintain interaction with fans.

One of the more prominent trends has been the #stayathome challenge, which has seen multiple famous faces taking part in a challenge to perform keepy-ups with a toilet roll.

As of the moment the Premier League is set to return on April 3, but even if this date is met then it will be played behind closed doors.
