Christian Pulisic’s hilarious TikTok post as Chelsea winger attempts stay at home challenge

Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic is making the most of some unexpected break from Premier League football.

The American is in self-isolation along with the rest of his Chelsea squad following teammate Callum Hudson-Odoi’s positive test for coronavirus last week.

The outbreak of the virus has put a temporary halt to league proceedings, with an initial return date of April 4th planned. Premier League clubs are meeting today (Thursday) to try and come up with a plan for the rest of the campaign.

Many Premier League players have used social media in order to keep fans up to date with what they are doing during the period of self-isolation and Pulisic is no different.

Chelsea's player of the season so far

Earlier in the week the Chelsea man posted a video on Instagram of him doing keepy-uppys along with the message: ““Stay home and stay safe my people! At least I have my ball.”

The USA international has also joined social media platform TikTok, but his first video on the platform didn’t go quite as planned.

As with the Instagram video, the player films himself doing keepy-uppys in the garden, but this time ends up falling over the ball when attempting to do a trick.

In what would be a relief to Chelsea fans, Pulisic has a laugh at himself before getting to his feet.

The message alongside the video read: “Hey you can’t always get your tik tok right on your first try.”

Pulisic has been out of action due to injury since January but could make his return when or if Premier League fixtures resume.
