Christian McCaffrey broke a career-high 11 tackles against the Texans

Christian McCaffrey is the best running back in the NFL right now and we’re prepared to fight (on Twitter) with anyone who disagrees.

Need evidence? Coming into Sunday’s game against the Texans, Houston had to know McCaffrey was going to get a ton of attention, offensively. Even though they have one of the top defensive front sevens in the league and knew McCaffrey was coming, they still couldn’t stop him.

McCaffrey touched the ball a career-high 37 times, producing 179 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. He also broke a career high 11 tackles, according to Pro Football Focus, per Ian Rapoport at NFL Network.

After one month of play, McCaffrey leads the NFL in rushing yards (411), and total yards from scrimmage (629).
