Eriksen reacts to north London derby
Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen took to social media after watching his old side record a 2-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday.
Jose Mourinho's side returned to the top of the Premier League table, after what was a comfortable victory over their north London rivals.
First half goals from Son Heung-min and Harry Kane sealed the win against the Gunners, despite the visitors maintaining the majority of possession during the game.
After the match, Inter Milan midfielder Eriksen showed he still holds his former club in high regard with his activity on social media. Read here
Son laughs at Arsenal player
There was a moment with Son Heung-min in the first half, as Alasdair Gold wrote, not long after his wonderful curling goal, that summed up the confidence in the Tottenham team.
Arsenal defender Rob Holding, no doubt frustrated with the scoreline, tackled the South Korean star hard and while doing so pushed him to the floor.
There was no anger or shock on Son's face as he hit the deck. Instead Son started laughing.
He knew he had rattled Arsenal and their defenders, both he and Kane causing ripples of fear across the visitors' backline every time they touched the ball.
Sanchez linked with exit
Tottenham defender Davinson Sanchez is a target for Italian club AC Milan, according to a report from The Sun .
Sanchez has been largely out of favour this season under Jose Mourinho, with Eric Dier and Toby Alderweireld being the Spurs manager's first-choice central defensive pairing - and the duo played against Arsenal on Sunday.
Now, it is claimed that Milan are keeping tabs on the Colombia international and could make a move for him in the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old signed for Spurs back in 2017 for £42million and has made almost 100 Premier League appearances for the north London side.
