Spirits are high in the Tottenham Hotspur squad.
It's four points from a possible six against Manchester United and West Ham United since the Premier League resumed just under 10 days ago, results that keep Jose Mourinho's side in the hunt for a top-four finish.
Tuesday night's 2-0 win over the Hammers was a much needed morale boost for the squad having gone seven games without a victory across all competitions either side of the three-month break.
And it would appear confidence is slowly beginning to return ahead of next week's clash away at Sheffield United.
Certainly for defender Jan Vertonghen.
During a training session this week, a situation developed between the Belgian centre-back and fellow defender Serge Aurier.
As spotted in a training session video uploaded to the Vertonghen's Instagram page, he managed to put the ball through Aurier's legs with a brilliant piece of skill.
In addition, the caption for the video reads: "I’d like you to meet my son: @sergeaurier."
This prompted a massive reaction from teammates immediately after Aurier was humiliated and from likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Erik Lamela on social media.
Two ex-Spurs midfielders who also appreciated Vertonghen's skill were Christian Eriksen and Mousa Dembele.
Below is how they responded...
Fortunately for Aurier he has at least another month to gain a measure of revenge.
This is because Vertonghen, whose deal was to set to expire at the end of this month, has extended his Tottenham contract until the end of the 2019/20 season.
But will the Ivorian have the last laugh before Vertonghen, as expected, departs the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for good at the end of the campaign?
