Chrissy Teigen has shared a new tribute to her late son, Jack, who died last month.
On Monday, the former model posted a photograph of her wrist on Twitter, showing her and husband John Legend holding hands across a table.
On Teigen’s wrist was her son’s name, written in cursive text.
Teigen did not caption the photograph, posting it as part of a “date night” thread that followed a short video clip of Teigen looking at herself in the mirror in a black feathered dress.
“I have gotten used to my naturally frowny mouth,” the 34-year-old wrote.
“It’s kind of wild how much I laugh and smile and how it’s still frowny, no matter what lol.”
In October, Teigen shared the news of her baby loss with her followers on Instagram, revealing that she suffered excessive bleeding during her pregnancy.
She wrote on Instagram that she and Legend were “shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before”, stating: “We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn't enough."
Teigen shared the post alongside several black and white photographs that showed her crying in hospital, being tended to by medical staff and lying alongside Legend.
A few weeks later, Teigen followed the post up with an essay for Medium in which she addressed those who had responded negatively to the intimate nature of her photos, writing: “I cannot express how little I care that you hate the photos.
“How little I care that it’s something you wouldn’t have done,” she added.
“I lived it, I chose to do it, and more than anything, these photos aren’t for anyone but the people who have lived this or are curious enough to wonder what something like this is like.
“These photos are only for the people who need them. The thoughts of others do not matter to me.”
