Chrissy Teigen has revealed she is 'getting her boobs out' after posting a video of her having a coronavirus test.
The 34-year-old model had set the rumour mill in motion on Monday when she declared that she was heading under the surgeon's knife again.
As fans feared as to why Chrissy was requiring surgery, she put their minds to rest by declaring on Instagram that she was having her breast implants removed.
Chrissy had her breasts enhanced when she was 20, as she embarked on a modelling career and she announced she was returning to what nature had given her by posting a topless shot on Instagram.
She covered her modesty with two heart emojis as she paid homage to her boobs in an amusing but heartfelt post.
Chrissy, who is married to singer John Legend, wrote: "I’m getting my boobs out!
"They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it.
"I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie!"
Chrissy added a note to her fans, writing: "So don’t worry about me! All good.
"I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.️"
The cookbook author had previously shared a video of her having a coronavirus test, in which she squealed as a sample was taken from her nose.
Amid the speculation, she hit back on Twitter, writing: "Everyone in LA can get tested for free. I'm having surgery and had to. I’m sorry if this offends you."
Chrissy had the breast implants when she was 20 and she recently spoke about her reasoning in an interview with Glamour UK.
She made her modelling debut in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and she said: "It was more for a swimsuit thing.
"I thought, if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed."
Chrissy went on to explain: "I had a quarter ‘teardrop’ cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line.
"But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift."
She said that she would have second thoughts about having plastic surgery again: "I think you’re supposed to replace [implants] every 10 years.
"But when you have kids, you think about [the risks] of surgery and I think, 'This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery.'"
