Chrissy Teigen fires back after she's accused of flaunting wealth by buying a horse

Chrissy Teigen finally snapped back at the criticism from her followers when baffled fans thought she'd bought herself a horse.

The mother-of-three — who always speaks her mind on social media — had no qualms correcting her legion of 13.5million Twitter fans on Monday with a blunt tweet.

Sassy Chrissy, 35, insisted her fans had "really misinterpreted" her previous tweet because she meant she didn't do "nothing" just for herself, not that she had "absolutely nothing".

However, the model had a lot of attitude when she fired back at her critic revealing she hadn't bought a horse to entertain herself amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Although she didn't make the purchase, Chrissy shrugged off the comments with the rhetorical question, "And I didn't buy a horse but oh my god, what if I did?"

She wrote: "A lot of u really misinterpreted this tweet and I guess that’s on me. I didn’t say I have nothing, I said I have nothing I do for just me.

"A convo with a therapist. A hobby. Cause I lost a baby. And I’m figuring myself out. And I didn’t buy a horse. But oh my god, what if I did?"

Chrissy had responded to an angry note from a fan claiming the star bought a horse to entertain herself.

The message read: "A lot of people are unemployed and struggling to feed their family in the midst of a pandemic. Maybe now isn't a great time to say you "have nothing" so you bought a horse to entertain yourself."

Criticism begun rolling in when fans took the supermodel's tweet about having "absolutely nothing" to do in the wrong way as the coronavirus pandemic rages on.

Also, Chrissy had confided in fans her therapist advised her to get something for just herself.

After the advice from her therapist, the bereaved mum, who lost baby son Jack at birth just a few weeks ago, has taken up horse riding as a hobby so she has something for herself.

Chrissy was accompanied by her mini-me daughter Luna on the ride.

She wrote: "My therapist says I need something that I do for just me, as I have absolutely nothing currently lol. Today begins my journey into the horse world. I hope this dude likes me.

"He’s so handsome and appears lazy, I love."

Chrissy lives happily at home with her husband John as well as their kids Luna and Miles.

The couple were devastated when they lost baby Jack late last year.
