It seems Chrissy Teigen isn't one to take a sick day.
The model turned cookbook author and Twitter superstar shared a picture as she appeared to undergo a medical check on Friday - along with four faces watching via Zoom.
She explained in the caption: "When you have a really important meeting with really important people but you also feel like some organs need removal."
The picture showed Chrissy lying in what looked like a hospital-style bed, a white modesty sheet being put into position at her waist by a masked woman.
At the top of the screen could be seen the participants in her meeting, who smiled as they watched Chrissy.

While it is not known why Chrissy had visited the medical office, last month the Sports Illustrated star underwent surgery to treat endometriosis, a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places.
The 35-year-old told fans that the surgery was tough on her as she recovered at home.
"Usually I'm really good after [surgery]," she said. "This one's a toughie. My whole belly got numbed. It's gonna be numb for like, a couple days. Couple of the next days, hopefully they'll stay that way."
And she continued: "It makes it hard, every little cough and stuff. But it is truly still better than the contractions and the pain of endo."

In September, Chrissy and musician husband John Legend tragically lost their baby son, Jack.
The model suffered complications and was admitted to the hospital around half-way through her pregnancy in a bid to help carry the baby to term.
Jack had been due to arrive in early February, but the couple confirmed they'd sadly lost him in late September.
The couple also share two other children - Luna and Miles.
