Chris Wilder has been named favourite to become next Celtic manager by a leading bookie.
Coral have priced up the outgoing Sheffield United boss as 2/1 leading contender to take the reins at Parkhead.
As per several reports in England, Wilder is expected to leave Bramall Lane with the Blades rooted to the bottom of the Premier League.
His side are 12 points from safety with just 10 games of the league season left.
Amid the Englishman's expected departure, he's surged into contention with oddsmakers to become the permanent successor to Neil Lennon.
Coral spokesman John Hill said: “Chris Wilder may not have to wait long for his next managerial job as he has leapfrogged to the top of the betting to become the next permanent Celtic manager.
“Celtic may see Wilder as the perfect man to replace Neil Lennon ahead of next season where they will be desperate to get their hands back on the league title."
