Chris Sutton taunts Ange Postecoglou cynics as he asks 'where are you now?'

Celtic hero Chris Sutton has taunted Ange Postecoglou sceptics after Tottenham continued their strong start to the season.

The Australian's team currently sit top of the Premier League and he has already bagged two manager of the month awards.

And Sutton was quick to call out cynics of the 58-year-old, asking "where are you now?"

Speaking on the Daily Mail's It's All Kicking Off podcast, he said: "I keep talking about big Ange all the time but has that perception gone now? Him coming down from Celtic, massive club that is, but it's the Scottish league.

"I know when he first went in at Tottenham, when he was first put forward, there was this campaign against him.

"Where are these people now? Where are you?"

Meanwhile, Paulo Bernardo has opened up on the "boring" frustrations of the Portuguese league compared to the Scottish Premiership.

The on-loan Benfica star has struggled for regular game time since joining Celtic on loan during the summer transfer window.

But a hamstring injury to Reo Hatate has meant the midfielder has featured heavily in the Parkhead side's last two fixtures against Atletico Madrid and Hibernian.

And Bernardo detailed what the main differences are between playing in Portugal and Scotland.

He said: "In football here, the game is more intense. The game never stops. In Portugal, we lost a little bit of time in the game because all the players go down to the floor so the referee stops the game.

"It's a little bit boring compared to being here. That's the thing I have noticed most that it is different."
