The club attempted to ease supporters' frustrations on a range of topics, including transfers, Champions League qualification, and cash reserves.
Ultimately, fans have been left even more annoyed, and taking to X last night after the statement went up, pundit Sutton said: "I'm not sure the club statement was a good idea.

The statement was released just before 9pm last night.
Shortly after, North Curve Celtic responded.
On X, the fan group wrote: "Irrespective of the condescending and insulting content of this statement, 350+ Celtic fan entities representing tens of thousands of Celtic fans around the world have signed an open letter with 7 explicit questions - these questions, and those asking them, have been ignored."
