Chris Sutton has continued to wind-up Newcastle United fans as he questioned their high expectations of the club.
The Magpies were disappointing in a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday afternoon in a result that continued their poor recent form.
Steve Bruce's side have won just one of their last five matches although they still sit 13th in the Premier League table.
The poor performances no doubt will increase the volume of criticism aimed at Bruce from some Newcastle fans, pointing at the side's lacklustre style of play as being disappointing even if results are going well.
That sort of criticism has drawn plenty of comments from Sutton in the past, with the pundit consistently questioning what Newcastle fans want from their side.
Appearing on BT Sport's Score programme, Sutton once again tried to wind-up Newcastle fans.
Hitting out at the size of Newcastle, Sutton questioned why fans were so unhappy with how the club are playing under Bruce - arguing it was not any better under Rafa Benitez.
He said: "Everybody wants to dream, don't they?
"How big is Newcastle as a club? When did they last win something?
"Of course, in their own supporters' eyes, they're a big club, but is it really?
"When was the last time they actually really competed consistently? It's true - I understand the passion of the supporters but what do they want?
"It wasn't that good before under Rafa so what do they expect now under Steve Bruce?"
The comments gained a lot of response on social media from Newcastle fans once again telling Sutton what their issues were.
One said: "When did Wolves last win something? They are giving it a go. When did Spurs last win something? We want a team that tries. We want more than 30% possession every game, and more than three shots every game."
Another replied: "Chris, before Ashley took over we were a top 10 side now we are a team fighting relegation every season."
