Chris Ramsey talks of his relief at not competing in Strictly Come Dancing's final

As Chris Ramsey lined up with all the Strictly competitors to cheer on the finalists tonight, we tuned in to his Shagged Married Annoyed podcast to find out how he's been feeling this week.

He and wife Rosie have a weekly jokey podcast which began by talking about Strictly Come Dancing. South Shields comedian Chris and dancing partner Karen Hauer exited the ballroom in last week's semi finals having been saved by the judges in the dance off the week before.

Chris said: "I'm not a sore loser at all. I'm buzzing. What a heck of a run against all odds, semi finalists! Unbelievable. But I'm knackered now. Honestly I woke up on Monday and I knew I didn't have to dance and I could've cried I was that happy."

Rosie said: "Because you were going on It Takes Two and said to me 'How am I going to pretend that I'm not really happy and to not be dancing today?'

Chris said: "Yeah, I just went with it. I just told everyone. Because every single time we've done It Takes Two the couple who were out were like 'I don't know what to do with myself now!'

"You are joking! Tell you what you can start by doing, not getting up at 8am and going dancing all day! Headcase! Listen, it was mint and I loved it but thank you everyone for not voting enough. Three. Three dances? In one week? On your bike mate!

"But really I'm over the moon with how well it went. Loved it, loved every second of it genuinely that was one of them shows where from the person who lets you in the door, to the person who picks you up, all the way up to the top execs, everyone was just a pleasure to work with. It was bloody lovely.

"Dancing on a Saturday is so much fun. It's the 9-10 hours a day of training and travelling up and down the country that is that is an absolute slog. But hey, well worth it well worth it, well worth it. Thanks for your support everyone."

and , Kelvin and Oti, and Karim and Amy are dancing for the Glitterball trophy tonight.
