Chris Pratt’s ex-wife Anna Faris proved there are no hard feelings between them after she congratulated him on his whirlwind engagement.
Pratt, 39, proposed to Katherine Schwarzenegger, one month after they confirmed their romance.
The Jurassic World actor announced the big news on Instagram on Monday with a sweet picture of the two hugging.
“Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you,” he wrote.
“Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!”
Faris, who shares six-year-old son Jack with Pratt, was among the first to congratulate the loved up couple, posting: “I’m so happy for you both!! Congratulations!”
Pratt and Faris were married for eight years before announcing their split in 2017. Faris went on to date Michael Barrett, while Pratt and Schwarzenegger, who is the eldest daughter of actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger, started dating a mere seven months ago.
Faris recently opened up on how she and Pratt share parenting duties, telling the Unqualified podcast that being in new loving relationships helps.
“Chris and I work really hard because we have Jack, that is sort of the long game idea and making sure Jack is really happy, which makes us really happy,” she said.
“We have sort of the luxury of circumstance. You know, we are both in other loving relationships.”
Pratt and Schwarzenegger were first linked back in July, with a source telling PEOPLE that Katherine had been introduced to Pratt by her mother Maria Shriver.
Terminator star Arnold posted his well wishes in the wake of his daughter’s engagement, writing: “Congratulations! So proud of you. Welcome to the family.”
Others stars who were quick to congratulate the pair included Tom Holland and Priyanka Chopra, who recently tied the knot with Nick Jonas at a lavish ceremony in India.
