Chris Paul has passed Isiah Thomas to move into 7th on the all-time career assists list in NBA history.
Here’s the assist that got the job done during Sunday night’s game against the Dallas Mavericks:
The 33-year-old point guard has upped his play since the All-Star break, during which the Houston Rockets have gone 7-1.
Since Paul returned to the lineup on Jan. 27 from a hamstring injury, the Rockets have an offensive efficiency of 117.1 when he is on the court and 106.4 when he is off the floor, according to ESPN.
It is safe to say that when Paul is at his best on both ends of the floor, the Rockets are winning.
