Chris Hughes has opened up about his much-publicised romance with JoJo Siwa for the first time, saying he would “love to marry her” and has “run through scenarios of our wedding day”.
In case you’ve missed a chapter (fear not, it’s quite voluminous), the pair of reality stars have been dating for around a month, after first meeting as housemates on this year’s instalment of Celebrity Big Brother UK.
During their season on the reality show, Hughes and Siwa’s relationship had been a major talking point.
You see, Siwa entered the house while still being in a relationship with Aussie with Kath Ebbs. Despite her relationship status, Siwa and Hughes flirted up a storm in the Big Brother house, which resulted in cheeky bedroom cuddles and PDA in the hot-tub.
Things then took a turn when Siwa dumped Ebbs at a Big Brother after party before officially moving on with Hughes.

In the time since, shady TikTok videos have been shared and pregnancy rumours have spread like wildfire, but Hughes has remained largely tight-lipped about the relationship.
Now, he has lifted the lid on the commentary around his romance, as well as his plans for the future.
“I do see a forever here. I’d love to marry her,” Hughes said in a recent interview with The Sun.
“I’d be lying if I didn’t tell you I run through scenarios of our wedding day.”
The Love Island alum — who was previously with Jesy Nelson of Little Mix — went on to envision his wedding with Siwa, saying the pair would “have a proper English wedding and I can imagine her in a full wedding dress”.
Elsewhere, Hughes addressed speculation that his romance with Siwa is fake, saying he does “not care” about the accusations and “wouldn’t go to the effort of loving someone for any other reason than it being real”.
“I’ve had more people call me gay in the last two months of my life than ever before. But it doesn’t bother me – as long as people aren’t nasty, opinions are fine,” Hughes said.
“I may be feminine in the way I do things, but I wouldn’t change the way I am for anything.”
Hughes’ comments come just days after Siwa fuelled pregnancy rumours by playing a game of two truths and a lie on TikTok, though she has yet to actually confirm whether she’s having a baby.

Elsewhere, Siwa made waves with a viral cover of Kim Carnes’ “Bette Davis Eyes”, which promptly sent the internet alight and has regrettably been stuck in my head for well over a week.
While for now it seems like no wedding plans have officially been set in stone, what’s the bet Siwa will walk down the aisle to “Bette Davis Eyes”?
Or, on second thought, maybe “Karma”?
