Chris Harris predicts low-scoring game between Broncos and Bears

Oddsmakers have set the over/under for combined points scored between the Broncos and Bears on Sunday at 40.5. Considering that Chicago and Denver combined to score just 19 points in Week 1, we’d probably predict the under.

Both teams’ offenses were sluggish last week and both teams boast talented defenses. That could mean Week 2 will be a low-scoring contest.

“I think it’s going to be a low scoring game, an old-school football game, a tough defensive game and that’s how I see it,” cornerback Chris Harris said Thursday. “We have to go out there and be the better defense this Sunday.”

The Broncos and Bears have both started the season 0-1 and they know that a slow start can doom a season.

“We know this game is critical,” Harris said. “There’s not a lot of 0-2 teams that make the playoffs, so we have to win this game for sure.”

Sunday’s game will begin at 2:25 p.m. MT (view the TV broadcast map).
