Singer Chris de Burgh has put his 19th century mansion on the market for a whopping €12.5 million.
The country house is located in Bushy Park, Enniskerry, Co Wicklow and is home to six principal receptions and eight bedrooms.
Chris’s children, including model Rosanna Davison, have all grown up and he said that he no longer needs so much room.
He told the Irish Independent: “There's no financial need. I don't have to sell this place.
"I just think it's too big for two people."
He also spoke of how he thinks that he paid more for it than he is selling it for.
He added: “Maybe as a hard-headed businessman, I should have been a bit more careful. But I wasn't, and we've created something spectacular."
