Chocolate is being recalled from Mars Wrigley for containing small piece of metal

Popular chocolate and sweet confectionery makers, Mars Wrigley UK, is recalling bags of chocolate because it is unsafe to eat.

Mars Wrigley has announced that some Revels pouches may contain small pieces of metal due to a mechanical breakdown.

The possible presence of metal makes the product unsafe.

The confectionery company makes other brands including Celebrations, Galaxy, Hubba Bubba, M&Ms and Skittles. However, no other products are said to be affected.

The precautionary recall concerns only Revels 101g pouch wit hthe best before date of 31.01.2021 and batch codes 006C2SLO00 and 006D1SLO00.

If you have one of the products listed above, Mars is advising you please keep the product and contact their Consumer Care team.
