Chloe Madeley has admitted she is “worried” about her husband James Haskell not getting enough food in camp.
Retired rugby star Haskell, 34, is due to take part in martial arts fights in 2020 when he will need to be in perfect condition.
But his usual massive calorie filled diet has been replaced by rice and beans as he is lacking enough energy to do his usual workouts in the jungle gym.
Chloe said: “On a normal day he eats 4,000 calories, a lot of food. Even when they get fed in camp, for him it is absolutely nothing.

"He’s being very selfless and letting other people have seconds before him, but I am watching him going ‘come on, get in there, get some food in you’ I’m a bit worried.
“He has lost more weight than the others but he had a lot to lose, there are reasons why this would be the case.”
She added: “Oh my god yes he will want to be straight back on the weights when he comes out.
"He has got some big fights coming up next year so he has really got to make sure he gets back into training and we are going to have to overfeed him for a while and I think we might struggle.

"It is hard when you have been on a starvation diet for so long to throw yourself into it.”
The daughter of TV duo Richard and Judy, who married Haskell in December 2018, also admitted despite his physique, he scares easily.
She said: “I think the public might be surprised how big he is but how scared he is about everything. I have lived with him for five years and I can tell you he has never seen a spider and not screamed.”
The show’s medic Bob McCarron was instrumental in persuading Haskell to sign up for the jungle – promising him it would not affect his body too much and could even help.

Speaking earlier this week, he said: “I spoke to James over the phone in England to try to convince him to come.
“I said ‘what are you doing?’ and he said he was into mixed martial arts and I said I have looked at a picture of you, how is the kicking going.
"He told me he couldn’t kick well and I said ‘that is because your legs are too big’.
"I told him I have been doing martial arts all my life, you can be heavyweight but you need to tone down boy and this is the perfect place to come, a martial arts training camp. He agreed and I said ‘are you willing to give it a go?’ and he said yes.
“I also said look medically if you suffer, we will come in with something and that would be a medical solution and we do urine and blood sugar pressure and he will be tested every week to keep in line. He needs to exercise.”
