Chloe Madeley is sharing her workout knowledge and dishing out some inspo with two snaps a year apart.
The first snap, dated from 2016, was intended to show the results of a fat burn programme.
Meanwhile the second, dated the year after, sees Chloe with more of an hourglass figure from a hypertrophy workout - which refers to the increase and growth of muscle cells.
"I still get clients asking me for both fat loss AND hypertrophy results inside of a matter of weeks / months..." the health and fitness guru wrote.
"UNLESS you're a brand spanking newbie to lifting (with some stored energy to contribute to the cause)...IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN!

"If you have a physique goal, you better strap in and enjoy the process, because YES it IS long, but it's also extremely FUN."
"Amazing in both," one impressed fan wrote in the comments.
"Perfection," another gushed.

Chloe's husband and former England rugby ace James Haskell is also a fitness fanatic, and the two managed to get even fitter during lockdown.
"Lockdown didn't affect my body in terms of putting on loads of weight," Chloe shared.
"I actually got a bit leaner. I trained quite hard, used it as a foundation and made sure that I stuck to a really good routine."
And James has thrown himself into his martial arts training, which he's taken up since retiring from rugby.

"I was in a really intense preparation regime for a fight," he told, "I was training six days a week for a couple of hours at a time."
But when the pandemic hit, James had to put his flourishing fighting career on standby, turning to other methods to keep in tip-top shape.
"When I was fighting, I was sitting around 118kg and then in lockdown I went up to about 128kg, but really lean," James explained.

"I built a load of muscle. I'm doing weight training three to four times a week just as a bit of body building to maintain some size.
"I also do some HIIT conditioning on the versa climber, watt bike or rower, then the next day do more of a steady state intensity."
James famously lost nearly two stone during his I'm A Celebrity stint last year.
