The 28-year-old was at a photocall for charity Cash & Rocket on Thursday but she wasn't wearing the sparkler.
Chloe was said to be upset that Jeremy failed to attend their son Jayden's first birthday party earlier this week.
The couple met in Cannes in 2017, and got engaged the following year but have consistently denied rumours they're about to split.
But their relationship woes appeared to be the last thing on Chloe's mind yesterday.
She looked chic in a red boilersuit for the event, which was held to promote the charity's four-day road trip in the name of female empowerment.
Chloe joined other stars including fellow heiress Paris Hilton, 38, and Jodie Kidd, 40.
The star-studded group all donned the same red jumpsuit as they posed for photos in front of a flashy red Bentley at Wellington Arch, London.
Chloe teamed her one piece with a pair of black platform trainers and some serious bling on her wrist.
She first confirmed her romance with Jeremy in 2017 when pictures emerged of them on a yacht together in Turkey.
Jeremy was still legally married to his now-estranged wife Melissa, whom he shares two children with, at the time.
Chloe stands to one day inherit a slice of her dad Sir Philip's £3.8 billion fashion empire, which includes Topshop, Topman and Dorothy Perkins.
