Chloe Ferry was in 'bad place' before Dubai trip and says getting away helped

Chloe Ferry has said she was in a bad place before she fled lockdown Britain for a month in Dubai.

The Geordie Shore star, 25, flew out to the UAE in December last year on a business trip and flooded her Instagram account with endless pictures of herself in bikinis and on nights out.

Taking to her Instagram stories on Monday night, Chloe said the trip had been good for her mental health.

Sharing a long post of white text on a black background, she wrote: "This last month while been away I've had a lot of time to think and look at my life and I want in life [sic]!!

"I've come to the conclusion you can't relay on anyone for happiness, you need to have happiness within yourself if you are struggling to find that happiness within yourself, don't worry it will come [sic].

"At the start of my holiday I was in a bad place you would have never known.

"I just wasn't happy for some reason very down.

She will now have to self-isolate for 10 days due to the government's travel rules.

Chloe was among the hordes of reality stars who fled lockdown Britain for a break in the sun, claiming to be on work trips.

International travel is currently banned unless for legally permitted reasons such as business trips.
