Chloe Ferry has declared she's in love with what looks like being her new home as she gave fans a glimpse of the massive gated property somewhere she viewed in the North East.
The Geordie Shore star and reported millionaire revealed last year that she was putting her plush new build house in North Tyneside up for rent less than a year after moving to it and after doing extensive renovations to create her own bar area and Love Island-style back garden.
Revealing her plans to move out, Chloe, 25, said: "Just a quick one...I've...I've decided...I can't get me words out...I have decided I'm going to move out of my house so it is going to go on the market for rent.
"So if anyone's interested, get your offers in...I'm only joking but yeah I thought I'd let you know my house is going on the market for rent."
That was back in September and then a few weeks ago, Chloe revealed she was looking for land to build her new home, before sharing CGI images of the grand properties she is using as her inspiration.
But it looks like she might not need the land after all, after going to view a property that she instantly fell in love with.
Taking her Instagram fans on a tour of the house and teasing what she'd do with it, Chloe walked into one space and declared: "so this will be the big cinema room," before someone could be heard saying "the garden is going to be full of sun all day Chloe," to which she replied: "Yeah I know, that's what I want, sun all day."
As she then wandered outside, Chloe said: "I like how it's so private as well. Oh i love it!"
One of the final videos from the tour saw Chloe standing outside its big gate, enthusing: "I love the gate! The gate makes me so happy."
Back in her car, Chloe added: "I just had the most amazing house viewing. I've literally fell in love with it. I am going to be obviously doing a bit of work to it like extending it, rendering it bigger but yeah I'm so excited man!"
