Chloe Ferry has sold her luxurious North Tyneside home as she gets set for dream move into a new £1.2million home.
The Geordie Shore star and reported millionaire got the keys to the new build in the Backworth area at the start of 2020 and, from the moment she moved in, the 25-year-old set about turning into an Instagram worthy abode, with marble tiles in its entrance and kitchen, a chic dining area, plush bedrooms and a garden that wouldn't look out of place in the Love Island villa.
It was in the autumn that Chloe, who has been on Geordie Shore since 2015, first hinted that she was looking to move elsewhere, saying she was considering putting her house up for rent.

Then earlier this year, she revealed she'd put it on the market for an asking price of £465,000.
The property's online description read: "Being extended and upgraded by the current owner to a very high standard and decorated in chic muted tones this property truly does deliver everything you would want and ask for inclusive luxurious family living."
And, after keen interest, Chloe shared the news she'd sold her home as she gets set to move into a much larger property on the outskirts of Newcastle.
Posting a picture to her Instagram of her standing next to a 'sold' sign outside the house, she wrote: "Can’t believe my house has sold, doesn’t feel real that I’ve moved out! But on to the next chapter stay tuned"
Chloe has already set up an Instagram account for her new home - @chloemanor - after admitting that she can't quite believe that the large property is hers.
As well as five bedrooms, the luxurious pad comes with a high spec and stylish kitchen, stunning living areas and bedrooms with huge windows.
The online description of Chloe's new home describes it as: "A stunning example of modern architecture, with exceptional design, complemented throughout with high specification & exquisite attention to detail."
