Chloe Ferry is giving her fans a chance to live the life of a Geordie Shore star by renting out her plush home.
The reality TV star, 25, recently announced plans to move to London, but instead of selling up she's decided to allow renters to stay in the swanky mansion.
Her pad comes kitted out with its own hot tub, bar and a games room, where she no doubt enjoys plenty of parties.
She told her Instagram followers: "I have decided that I am going to move out of my house, so it is going to go on the market for rent.
"If anyone is interested then get your offers in!
"Just joking, but yeah my house is going on the market for rent…
"I've just moved into it as well."
Chloe has often given fans a glimpse at her home, which she recently finished doing up.
The home has a muted colour scheme with greys and creams throughout the property.
The bar and games room is stocked with booze and has a pool table.
Her plush bathroom has marble floors and a huge white bath, perfect for her endless half naked selfies.
In the bedroom is a huge bed with a grey padded headboard and fluffy blankets.
She also has a stunning dressing room with a glass makeup table and a cosy pink seating area.
Her front room has posh grey sofas and a giant TV.
Outside in the garden is another huge sofa, perfect for entertaining.
Her kitchen is fitted with brown cupboards and chic grey furniture.
Back in January, Chloe shared the big news with her 3.4million Instagram followers that she'd become a homeowner.
She wrote: "Left a lot of things in 2019 but I'm so ready for 2020 welcome to my new home."
It followed a difficult year in which she broke up with her boyfriend Sam Gowland.
Chloe recently announced her plans to move to London, despite moving into her Newcastle home just a few months ago.
She said: "I have got a massive announcement to make, it's quite big actually...I'm moving to London.
"I'm going to rent this house out, or I might sell it. I'm just going to go for six month to see how I feel, but yeah I'm really excited."
