An emotional Chloe Ferry has revealed she is putting her luxurious North Tyneside house up for rent only nine months after moving into it.
It was at the turn of the year that the Geordie Shore star moved into the new-build property and wasted no time in transforming it into what she has called her "dream home".
Chloe's many additions to the house have been well documented on Instagram as she's shown off her plush kitchen and dining area, complete with marble tiles; a living room with a massive TV and a top-spec bathroom which had her many social media followers turning green with envy.
In recent months, the reported millionaire has taken things further by turning her back garden into a setup reminiscent of the Love Island villa, as well as giving her home its own gym, cinema, bar and snooker room.
Last month Chloe, 25, revealed to fans that she was planning a move to London and it looks like the wheels might be in motion with that as she has now confirmed she is putting her house up for rent.
Choking up on her Instagram story, she said: "Just a quick one...I've...I've decided...I can't get me words out...I have decided I'm going to move out of my house so it is going to go on the market for rent.
"So if anyone's interested, get your offers in...I'm only joking but yeah I thought I'd let you know my house is going on the market for rent.
"I have just moved into it as well."
Chloe is becoming a frequent visitor to London so it wouldn't be a big surprise if she was to move to the capital.
She's recently been spending time there to film the latest series of Celebs Go Dating and also had a drunken weekend there for her birthday at the end of last month.
