Chloe Ferry got emotional on Tuesday night as she said goodbye to her North Tyneside home for the last time.
The Geordie Shore star moved into the plush new build in the Backworth area at the start of 2020 and wasted no time in putting her own stamp on it, with marble tiles in its entrance and kitchen; a huge mounted TV in the living room and a dressing room fit for an A list star.
Last summer, Chloe set about transforming the back garden into something reminiscent of the Love Island villa, with a hot tub, chic seating area and huge barbecue and later added her own cinema and pool room to the inside.
It was at the start of this year that the 25-year-old revealed she was putting her home up for sale, with it going on the market for £465,000.

The online agent description of the house said it was "everything you would want and ask for inclusive luxurious family living."
And now Chloe has spent her last night in her home as she gets all set to move into a dream £1.1m property on the outskirts of Newcastle.

Taking to her Instagram story, Chloe admitted it was hard to say goodbye, telling her followers: "Wow, wow, wow! I didn't expect it to be this hard.
"This is the last five minutes I'm ever going to spend in this house. I'm not going to be back...ever.

"It hasn't actually sank in that I'm actually moving out of here. I can't really believe it.
"Obviously I'm really excited about the move."
Chloe then shared a quote which read: "May your next move be the game changer."
Revealing all on the move to her dream house last week, Chloe said: "I've been accepted on my mortgage."
She added: "Obviously there was a little bit of doubt in the back of my mind, just because I'm getting the mortgage on my own and how expensive it is, but today I got it.
"I'm going to have to open a bottle of wine tonight."
After telling her many fans that it was "5 o'clock somewhere," Chloe added: "I need to celebrate, honestly, I feel the luckiest girl in the world.
