Chloe Ferry has gone under the knife time and time again on her quest for perfection.
The Geordie Shore star, 24, paraded her surgically altered figure for all to see at Illegitimate Nightclub, in Newcastle on Thursday.
Scantily-clad Chloe flashed as much skin as possible when she went braless in a sheer crop top that skimmed her midriff just beneath her cleavage.
Having had more than £50K worth of plastic surgery done, the reality star's surgery scars could be seen while she flaunted her figure in a racy ensemble.

The telly star squeezed her curves into tight jeans which she paired with over-the-knee white boots.
All dolled up for the night, Chloe applied heavy make-up and arranged her golden locks in a poker straight fashion.
It was obvious she was a native in Newcastle as the TV sensation took no notice of the chilly weather when she opted for a skimpy ensemble.

Chloe was on the bustling Newcastle nightlife scene with her Geordie Shore pals Amelia Lily and Anthony Kennedy to film for the latest series.
The Instagram sensation has a raunchy dress sense and often loves to document her latest looks on her social media profile.
Blonde bombshell Chloe has built up a loyal following on her Instagram of 3.4million fans.

In the past, the Newcastle born beauty shared she had an "addiction" to plastic surgery but she confessed it was an expensive hobby.
Chloe divulged her perfect body shape is an impossibly tiny waist with a huge bum and hips.
She told Closer magazine : "Of course, it's a bit addictive. But I can stop myself, I'm happy with myself now.
"I've spent a lot of money, it's expensive. I've worked hard for my money and I want to spend it on this.
"My ideal body shape is a small waist with a big bum and hips ... But I think people believe I've had more surgery than I have."
She also claimed she wanted to look "like a blow-up sex doll", adding: "I look like a completely different person. I feel fantastic about that – amazing."
