Chloe Ferry is celebrating this week after securing her dream home in the outskirts of Newcastle.
At the end of March, the Geordie Shore star revealed she had been to see a huge property that she immediately fell for.
Her new £1.1million home was on the market with Rare, an off shoot of well known local estate agents Sanderson Young, with the agents describing it as "a stunning example of modern architecture, with exceptional design, complemented throughout with high specification & exquisite attention to detail."
As well as five plush bedrooms, the luxurious pad comes with a high spec and stylish kitchen, stunning living areas and bedrooms with huge windows.
And Chloe, 25, will be hoping to move in while the weather is still good as there is plenty of room to sunbathe and throw parties in its spacious garden.
Revealing to her Instagram followers that she had secured the mortgage for new house, reported millionaire Chloe posted a picture of her clutching a large glass of wine with a huge smile on her face, writing: "Just been accepted on my mortgage for my dream home! celebration time f**k it it’s 5 o’clock somewhere"
She then went on her Insta story and said: "I've been accepted on my mortgage."
She added: "Obviously there was a little bit of doubt in the back of my mind, just because I'm getting the mortgage on my own and how expensive it is, but today I got it.
"I'm going to have to open a bottle of wine tonight."
After telling her many fans that it was "5 o'clock somewhere," Chloe added: "I need to celebrate, honestly, I feel the luckiest girl in the world.
"I can't believe that I'm getting my dream home."
Chloe was congratulated by Geordie Shore co-stars like Amelia Lily, Marnie Simpson and Nathan Henry, with Nathan telling her: "Congratulations xxxx can’t wait to come over"
Chloe currently lives in a new build in North Tyneside, which she put up for sale earlier this year.
